My week in ten pics

I'll be a little inconsistent about this week's events. I will start not in chronological order, but with the most important thing. And what could be more important than the appearance of a new family member?

Meet - this is Nora. Her owners died and she was left all alone. Despite the overcrowding in my house, I couldn't get past and took it for myself. Now she's getting used to her new room and her new family. I hope she will be happy with us.

The heat suddenly raised the question of how to make our summer more or less comfortable. Air conditioners and air conditioners are not what I usually abuse. But now it's just unbearable! The house instantly turns into an oven as soon as the sun rises. There's nothing to do...

I haven't used air conditioners for a couple of years and now I had to turn to a master who cleaned it and put it in order. I also had to buy a new remote control for it, because the previous one was gnawed by dogs. But now we have a corner in the house where we can hide from the hellish heat.

I finally went to my hairdresser. Oh yes, it was already indecent to walk so dishevelled. I decided to shorten my hair substantially so that I wouldn't be so hot. Besides, it's easier for me to take care of them when they're short. It was a radical decision, because I had long hair for the last 20 years. I can't say that I really liked the haircut. I'll go again for the master to fix it. But I liked the colour, which looks very natural.

Finally, more active flowering in my garden has begun. Irises were the first to take the baton. Then roses and peonies pulled up. And now I already have a garden painted in different colours. For the sake of such a result, it was definitely worth trying in autumn and spring. Now I can rest for a while, especially since the summer heat has significantly reduced my garden activity.

Supporting the national manufacturer is one of my principles. Especially now, during the war, when Ukrainian business is trying its best to stay afloat. I often came across the company "Carpathian Cheese" in my Facebook feed. And I decided to give it a try. I want to say that they were on top. The polite and fast service as well as the high quality of the products themselves left the best impression. I'm sure I'll order their cheeses again.

I change my dogs from time to time. This is due to the fact that I need to have enough time to thoroughly clean this or that room. When fifteen dogs live in your house, it dictates new conditions for living and cleaning. Now I have vacated one of the rooms for general cleaning. The dogs lived there for a month and quite a bit turned everything upside down

Meeting with friends is always a pleasant event. I usually meet my friend on Wednesdays and we drink coffee in the same cafe. But now she has nothing to do in that neighbourhood anymore and we decided to explore new places. We found a cosy cafe with various desserts in Gostomel. I really liked it there. I think we'll definitely go there again

I have a task for the whole summer: to clean up the workshop and make repairs there. Not the easiest task... There's a real pogrom! Everything is complicated by the fact that I don't really understand what is necessary and what can be thrown away. My friend, who could give me some advice, is now at the front. This mess is left by my ex and only now I have my hands to deal with it.

Is my garden so safe? Yesterday's fight with hops created a serious problem for me. The allergic reaction was so strong that I had to take special medication! I never thought this plant could be so aggressive. However, is it worth being surprised, because we can all be aggressive when we fight for our lives.

Dogs love to gnaw everything. Especially the fact that you can't chew. This time their victim was the remote control from the air conditioner. It was a very bad idea! My air conditioner is very old and finding a remote control for it turned out to be a difficult task 😁
