Hello everyone my dear friends!
This week in my house definitely belonged to turtle doves.
I recently talked about decorative pigeons that break all records of irresponsibility. They hatch chicks, but do not take care of them to the end, laying new eggs instead. As a result, I become a nanny for small pigeons.
Turtle doves came to us recently. Someone threw them out in a box, probably tired of their late-night singing. Although this does not justify such an act.
So, theу have arrived to us. Soon they laid two eggs. After a couple of days they lost one egg 😁 Then they tried to hatch the remaining egg together! Finally they had thrown that egg back to late night sex games and singing 😁
They are also very cunning. As soon as I wanted to make a video for my blog, they immediately fell silent. Therefore, what you can hear in this video does not really convey even a tenth of the noise they are making 😁
Taking advantage of the situation with the lost eggs, I decided to clean the aviary where they live. Everything went well, food, water, shelves, they seemed to be happy. A little later I went into the room... oops... five! doves in an aviary. Four whites and a black one! Thoughts flashed through my head from the traditional “it’s not mine, they threw it at me” to the alternative “it’s cool she painted it”! But when I got closer, I found... my old black t-shirt, with which I fixed the perch so that it would not spin 😁 With my eyesight and without glasses... it really diversifies life 🤓
While I was cleaning the house, Michelle decided she was...Cinderella. Fortunately, this time, instead of a bucket of ash, she chose a bucket of fuel pellets. At least I didn't have to wash the dog either!😁
By the way - abiut the dogs
They all love pranks. Strange pranks from my point of view and funny from their's. From their point of view, there's nothing more fun than chewing on all my socks or my bank card... stealing my breakfast or saying in the middle of the night that they want to go out.
I also decided to do a giveaway. More precisely, at first I bought myself gloves for gardening. As you may remember, gardening is one of my hobbies. But when I finally got my gardening gloves and looked at them... I had a new idea!
Do you remember children's horror stories when something runs around the house (in different versions it can be eyes or hands).
So I decided that a green hand would run around the house and catch dogs. On the video you can see how it was. True, they were afraid only until the moment when I started scratching Uma. She liked these gloves so much that the rest of the dogs immediately rushed to me so that I could scratch them too!
Looks like they won again... 😁
And, of course, I cannot but mention such an event as an addition to the mouse family.
Below I will add some cute photos that I managed to take before.
