These three hatched two days ago. Mom is a bentham, dad is Gray, our Chinese downy rooster. There could have been more little ones, but it turned out to be three - and it's already good, because it can be worse.
Looking at the chickens now, it's hard to say which chickens will have more, mom's or dad's. So far, the babies are ordinary fluffy balls, gray-yellowish, holding themselves together and not a step away from their mother. Mom is sitting seriously, looking straight into the camera with the expression "don't get close, I have children here" - and this is a fair position.
The most pleasant thing in such moments is to watch how the chicken instantly turns from just a chicken into a strict guard. No doubts, no hesitation - just an instinct that works like a clock.
