I just finished a 8.131km running that lasted about 0hh:55mm:47ss !
...going for a quiet run in the afternoon and meeting a fellow runner in the middle of nowhere place in Barcelona's Harbour.
I was immersed in my own thoughts when in front of me there was a runner going quieter than me So, as you can imagine, as a "competitive runner that I am" I changed suddenly my posture and I increased slightly my pace, sure of myself, just for the joy of advancing anyone on my way...but for my own surprise, he was not an unknown guy and he was also the last one I was expecting to find there, in the middle of an industrial area of the port.
He was my friend David who used to run with me and my running gang a few years ago.
So I stopped when I reached him and we started running/walking together, updating ourselves about our lives.
It has been nice to meet him and very likely we will meet again in the coming days since his running schedule is very close to mine.
About the run today, nothing to comment, just a perfect aerobic jog in company of an old friend.
