What is causing this mess? a blockchain blackhole?

I think was @javirid who first showed me about the test of an early version of a new Dapp for surfing the Steem blockchain at your mobile...the @partiko DApp.

If I am not mistaken, it still was a very preliminary version and it was running only on android phones... that was probably May or June of 2018...

@crypto.talk worked hard developing and promoting the DApp and soon they were also launching an iOS version which I installed at the very same moment I heard about its existence...probably by the end of July.

It was at that moment I realized about the power of that DApp, it was fast, reliable and nice and it brought an excellent Push Notification service. I thought really that due to the marketing campaign in combination with an excellent product, that DApp has all the conditions and strong potential to become the most important gate of STEEM massive adoption.

Soon they launched their one and only Request of SP for funding the project, with a limit target of 250000 SP in the first and only round and with a very fair conditions in order to delegate...
I decided to delegate to @partiko, it was really a WIN-WIN option, @partiko win, I win, all the community win...

I became a fan of this DApp and, surely I am, still...

Things were going really well, incredible use growth, frequent communication posts, promotions and supporting campaigns, Easter Eggs, Partiko Torch, @rosatravels in full action, a reliable witness climbing high on the witness ladder...an excellent and very well planned roadmap, undoubtedly...

Also I remember that, In some of my "complaining" posts against STEEMIT, I was using the example of @partiko as the way to follow for success...

....and suddenly, everything stopped....

Last post of @partiko was published on June the 9th... "Node malfunctioning"

No more posts since then despite the witness kept working and also automatic upvotes and @partiko comments...

Then, ADS disappeared...

The service of exchanging Partiko points per upvotes started to be useless

...soon Points were totally useless...

The worst came after HF21 and 22...

My feed at @partiko was running in a bucle, showing the very same posts again and again after refreshing...

Push Communications stopped working since then...

...and today, something changed... I am sure you have noted as well, since some of my followers as @mrhill commented me this morning...

PUSH COMMUNICATIONS WORK AGAIN!

And, yes! the service runs again! but in a very weird way... in just a few hours I probably have received hundreds if not thousand of push communications... and they are still arriving to my end!
Soon I realize that these communications that are collapsing my phone now are all those communications I have being waiting for during more than 1 week of interacting with the STEEM blockchain!

I muted the phone, obviously...

and I am thinking that perhaps the best option would be to uninstall the DApp...

I honestly don't know what to do with this DApp...
The @partiko Witness node is still enabled, currently at the 120th position or so and running a version 20.7 of the code...obviously is outdated and no one seems to care about it... I retired my witness vote on them...

I think I will keep it still for some weeks installed at my phone...muted...then I will decide...

I still have hopes that those guys appear again with renewed energy and with an excellent project on top which would justify all of this...

...I wonder if this old shy post would not be probably the cause of all the mess...

...hopefully for good reasons...
