If there is anything positive about the impact of COVID19 in the world, it is this.
As the coronavirus progresses and activities (industries, transport...) decrease, the reduction of pollution is one of the traces of the pandemic.
The following images obtained by the "Copernicus-Sentinel 5P satellite" shows the evolution of the pollution levels on western Europe between January and Mid-March this year.

In my city, Barcelona, you can actually breath and feel a much cleaner atmosphere...We are locked at home but once a day I have the chance to go outdoors for buying groceries and I can tell you that Barcelona environment today is like living in a small country town.
According to the newspaper, the NO2 levels in the city centre today is around 14 micr/m3 while it used to be in average around 55 micr/m3. Impressive.
Despite the casualties and problems we are experimenting, I am sure the mankind is going to learn a lot about this experience.
