1. Jaxx is a pretty good wallet which supports most of the major coins.
2. Metamask this is also a good one which supports ETH and tokens based on ETH blockchain

Check out these mining profitability calculators to see which ones the best for you based on your processing power.This is good if you know how much hashes you can get out of your computer and the power consumption

Fair warning if you don't have a GPU card don't bother mining ETH or BTC

Well if you do have a good GPU and want to start mining may I suggest Minergate

Simple and with options to mine a variety of coins. This will also give you the hash power of your system, so you can use that in the above calculators to see when you will be RICH!!!

Cloud Mining

If you are like me and you do not have a good GPU at least 2GB(2 GB is kind of on the lower end of the hashes spectrum now), and dont plan on buying a GPU just for this then cloud mining is the thing for you. As the difficulties increase which it will, your current GPU might become obsolete and will have to upgrade them.

Cryptocompare has a list of companies offering cloud contracts and some of them have life time contract starting as low as 25$on bitcoin.

I have got a contact on Genisis mining for 0.25 th/s and I did start receiving BTC after a few days even though it was too small, have to wait for a week to actually get a payout{the website seems to be down at the time of writing this, will keep you posted }.
