· Es una fiesta nacional porque se unen la escuela, la familia y la comunidad en un proceso que agradece toda la sociedad.
· En las escuelas se fomentan valores que deben acompañar a los estudiantes por el resto de su vida y forjan su personalidad.
Además de lo anterior, se debe explicar que el curso escolar es la actividad cultural más importante de nuestro país porque, en las escuelas se forja el futuro de la nación y se forman los profesionales que llevarán adelante el desarrollo económico, científico, técnico y social de nuestro país, por lo que a su desarrollo se le presta toda la atención posible.
La educación prepara al niño para la vida. Esto es vital y no se valora mucho y, es en la escuela donde les enseñan a los estudiantes las materias que les proporcionarán los conocimientos adecuados para poder defenderse y resolver los problemas que se presentan.
En cada escuela se presenta al claustro de profesores, los horarios docentes de los estudiantes, se presentan manifestaciones culturales tratando que el día se convierta en una jornada inolvidable para todos los que participan en el acto de inicio del curso.
Fue una jornada de mucho colorido, en la que muchos asistieron por primera vez a una institución educativa y, otros desbordaban alegrías por reencontrarse con antiguos compañeros de clases, amigos o la novia que hacía unos días no veía.
Para los profesores, es el momento de comenzar el largo camino de la enseñanza y la educación.
