A carving I did recently of the island
Cutting up fresh tumeric for my morning beverage
I add it to my coffee filter
I also add black pepper (to allow the body to fully benefit from the turmeric), cinnamon, nutmeg, and some quality sourced coffee
Oatmeal, cooked with dates, some toast with quality (no partially hydrogenated oils) peanut butter
A Dragonfruit growing from the aquaponic system
Planted a turmeric cutting in my aquaponic system
Tilapia were fed, there are two of them in here both about 4"
So... I'm trying a different steemit post style... I'm reading about different posting techniques. Please folks, comment and let me know opinions, even if they may be off the subject :)
