Calvary's greetings to you all!
While surfing the internet today, I came across an article which had to do with Christian missionaries who travel to different places across the world to share the gospel of Christ so as to bring men to salvation.
It was there I discovered the things some of them have to go through in the process of answering the great commission call. Many a times, there have to endure discomfort, stress, hunger, thirst etc just so the can fulfill purpose.
So today, I decided to draw our attention to this issue. I am quite certain most of us have been including them in our prayers. If you usually do not, this is an opportunity. Your prayers can go a long way. To those who have been for them, I'd like to commend and encourage you to continue in the good. Don't get tired of interceding for in due course, you will receive your reward.
Prayer points
- Let's pray for the Grace of God to always be sufficient to them.
- Let's pray that the presence of God shall always go with them
- Also, pray that wherever they go that God's name will always be glorified and that men will be saved.
- Pray for God's supernatural strength and power upon their
- Pray that they will always find the resources they need and require.
- Above all, God shall preserve them. No missionary shall lose his life in the course of carrying out this commission from God.
I hope the Holy Spirit will guide us to pray aright.
