To regulate the power of those at the top will be difficult but not impossible. When people stop idolizing money, then our community will be safe to live in.

Rule and regulations are good in a society where everyone answers to it called as no man will be left unpunished if committed a crime. But in the situation where people adore money, it is going to be difficult as the rich will always buy justices at the expense of the poor.
