No system is balanced: the lower and upper-class differences

I'm just here thinking about what life would look like without any rules, and I'm sure there must have been a time when people just do what they want, do what they like, and we all know that would lead to chaos. Imagine a country without law.

Law and Rule are the things that put everything in order because you know that if you go against a certain law, you'll be prosecuted for doing that, One of the few things we have to ask is who are the people that make the rule?

To answer this question, you know that we have three types of people: people who are very interested in governance and want to be part of it, We have people who are just interested but don't want to be part of it, but we have people who are not interested in the governance and don't want to be part of it, and this are the type of people we've when it comes to governance.

Laws are created by a group of individuals (the few) who come together to establish a system of order for their people. However, the reality is that the law is not always applied equally to everyone in the society. While those at the lower end of the hierarchy are subject to the law, those at the top may not always be held accountable for their actions.

The system has always been imbalanced because people prioritize power and money over the law. Those who possess money automatically gain power, making it difficult to hold them accountable for breaking the law.

Money often commands a great deal of respect as it can make individuals more visible and shape their future. Additionally, it can provide individuals with the power and influence that many crave. Unfortunately, this can lead to those in higher positions using their wealth and influence to break the law without consequences and misuse their power anyhow, Their financial resources can be used to sway opinions and secure their freedom.

We all know this does not apply to an average man in the society or people that are below average in the society, and these are the people that always dominate the population of a system. These people can never break the law and go free. They will always be held responsible for their action.

To prevent this from having negative impacts on society, some propose that a perfect system should be a system where the voice of many (middle and lower class) is heard and not only the voice of the few(upper class) but this is not the case because most countries we know today that practice democracy are not truly practicing it because the few(upper class) can easily buy their voice.

Most average or lower-level people in a system have lost their voices because of fear, just because they know the kind of power that is controlled by the few, and they don't want to face the wrath of this power. That is why people are dying in silence, and a perfect example is hive where there is minimal to what you can say to a whale because you don't want them to destroy what you have been building for a few years with a click of a button.

You see, in most countries, there is always a protest because the many( middle and lower class) who hold the larger population want their voice to be heard, they know that the voice of the many doesn't always count, it is only what the few(upper class) say that matters. That is why there is always a protest about what is going on.

Is a balance society even possible?

NO! A balanced society is not possible, even when we define society we will see that is not balanced, and inequality is part of nature. Another thing to look at is the survival of animals inside the jungle. Everybody is fighting to survive, and some animals showing dominance because of power. It's always survival, and we have the predator and the prey, but there should be a society where people can not just use their power anyhow.

We all know that a balanced society is not possible but power of the few(upper class) should be regulated.

Just because you have the opportunity to wield the power doesn't mean you can just use it anyway on the people you are governing. The use of power doesn't have to be sentimental but use it in a way for society to move forward. More people personalize the use of power and their opinion is what is correct and not what the law says.
