A neighbour who happens to be a guy,
once ask a lady who happen to be his neigbour out in the past
but she refuse him.
In short the guy turn himself to an idiot,
And the only job he has now is to gossip the lady
all around. He is so jobless that he even build friend who could help
with his disgusting gossip.
