I read a few posts on HF21 and then gave up. I spent much more time on HF20 and found that it didn't help. What I know is that I spent a lot of time on content and curation, bought some steem to get some more SP, and yet see very little return. Those with large stakes keep gaming the system and will likely continue. Some groups do good and actually promote high quality content, but that is not enough to make up for the bad. We will only know the effects of HF21 once it is out and those with large stakes have figured out how to game it. Then we can look forward to HF22.
