This might be a really weird question I am asking on here, but I am pretty much confused about this steem power up and power down. I have read some FAQs about it, but I am even more confused than I was initially.
According to some folks, it takes two years to get the whole of the steem power to convert to steem, and vice versa. I am really confused and I would love for any one here to help me with a little clarity on this issue.
The question is, as a new user, what happens when i power down my initial steem power
