And with it comes a new energy, rejuvenating life and the world. It really is a miracle that this happens every year. No matter the hardship or moments of darkness in the winter, the energy of Spring dissolves all of that and says: "Hey, I'm here!"
Nature responds instantly and pumps up fresh sap to turn brown into green. To make something out of nothing. To make beauty where seemingly just moments ago there was nothing alive. That is the miracle of Spring.
Do humans undergo this cycle of rejuvenation as well? I sometimes think they don't as many are stuck with their thoughts of winter and actually their life's past. But what would happen if we were to leave those things behind and start afresh? Can you even imagine such a thing? To just leave the troublesome things on the ground like the leaves that fell in autumn and are now dissolved into mud. Can the human mind do such a thing?
The sky is absolutely clear today. Not a single disturbance hanging in it. Not even an artificial trail from the mechanical birds. There is just kilometers of atmosphere hovering above, gradually dissolving into nothingness - empty space.
Well actually the tulips are sending their sweet perfume into the air. Infusing it with subtle fragrances that puts human noses to shame for not being able to pick them all up.
A sure sign that Spring is here are the crocuses that pop up here and there. It's a real treat to find them, sometimes at hidden places that then sparkle in the sun.
