OLD ART STYLE
I think it's finally time to get back to this specific photo and point out the several reasons why I have finally come to the conclusion that I'm killing them off.
Ugh, honestly, I can't even begin to write down my frustrations and explain why I'm even frustrated in the first place. I'm probably not. I probably am. At this point, I can't even tell.
Right now, I'm having the biggest art crisis ever and it's killing me.
Anyways, it isn't cool to just kill off characters like that and as a comic artist, I have to have fully rooted reasons why I'm going to. But the only reason I can think of right now is that I'm taking a turn towards a new art style.
For the record, it isn't "new" new. But it had just revealed itself to me this summer. It was my art style all along.
NEW ART STYLE
On my last two posts, I mentioned that I'm resuming my old webcomic series, Life In The Junk Drawer (which is the picture in the thumbnail) and no, I'm not lying about that. So, I did and it's currently my side project in the mean time.
I thought, now, that for so long, these two characters made me a great online presence and it still does.
Anyways, to cut it short: nothing's really going on in my art crisis drama. It's just me finally heading towards my real, original art style (which looks like this):
Anyways, that's it for today. I'm uploading the next page of my webcomic this week. Stay tuned for that! Until then...
