Hey Actifit frens! Had a day today would not call it excellent but it was a day. Got in over 12,000 steps on the day by taking my dog for a long walk at lunch and also by doing a high intensity elliptical challenge after work today for 36 minutes roughly I also did about 80 push-ups in about 100 set ups today so feeling much stronger. Hope y鈥檃ll had a great day out there. I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
