Hey Actifit Frens! I had a very busy day today and I got a lot of steps in by taking my dog for a walk at lunch today and then after that I went to the gym after work today and got in a really intense chess day. I also set a new record for bench press today, hope you all had a wonderful day out there and keep being active or some stupid shit like that!
