Hey Actifit frens! Had a very easy day today despite getting in a lot of steps. Took the pooch for a long walk at lunch and was walking around the office alot. Was going to do an elliptical but got too tired, so will do one tomorrow evening. Hope you all had a good day out there! Cheers!
