Hey Actifit frens! Today I had a Spectacular day, spent the vast majority of it chasing my two children around. I brought them to off-the-wall kids which is a indoor version of a padded cell for crazy children. Which I was drug around by my youngest child so I was also in the padded cell lol. After chasing them around and doing about a hundred slides and then getting them to bed. I did a long forty minute elliptical challenge at home.
All in all a good day for fitness and being a father.
