Hi guys. Welcome to my mini blog. Now I just want to share with you this little meal. Which is one of the most famous in the Philippines which is so delicious for us Filipinos it is called "isaw" or a pig intestine. You can also roast chicken chicken intestine. The method of eating is by stirring and dipping in vinegar mixed with spicy ingredients. For me, the net is very tasty. Sometimes I also eat this with rice or sometimes i eat this while drinking beer hehehe.
