The evening news may 15, radio "Mayak" (Lighthouse) reported the following: as stated by the commander of the fifth brigade of the aerospace defense Colonel Edward Segal his team protecting the city of Moscow and the Moscow economic zone, is in constant combat readiness to repel a possible attack from space. These words have been echoed in other media.
Of course, the common man who is not used to compare certain trends and facts that could impress only the phrase "combat readiness" and "possible attack from space." But this statement, which was made just now, there are prerequisites, equivalent, analogues, and all together it turns into a certain trend. Recall that in 2009, Chinese authorities in the world declared that they would shoot down all the UFOs (unidentified flying objects) in the airspace of China.
Even earlier, in 2008, during the election campaign in the United States three candidates in US presidents, including the incumbent, repeatedly and seriously assured voters that finally will deal with the UFO problem, and even promised to start preparations for possible aggression from them.
This may seem funny only because of the absolute ignorance of the society about this issue. But not even a very informed person must understand that during the presidential elections in USA presidential candidates, first of all say and promise the voters that most of these voters are interested in. And the question that American citizens interested in very much. And not just interested and very much concerned.
Suffice it to cite a very recent incident, about which sufficient detail was reported by CNN and many other media. According to CNN, the night of April 15, 2010 in the skies above US flew a giant fireball, which saw tens of thousands of residents of the Midwest, Missouri, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Ohio. As reported by CNN, quoting numerous witnesses, "the ball was bright almost as the sun was slowly moving from West to East... could be heard a long, loud sound, which shook the houses and trees. This so scared the Americans that most of them rushed to make phone calls to police stations and rescue service. The next day authorities rushed to reassure citizens, saying that "it was a meteorite", but even ordinary Americans are well aware that meteors do not fly slowly.
In fact, the unexpected readiness and near-simultaneity with which the American, Russian and Chinese authorities moved to reflect the "aggression from space", is quite long and very reliable history. Another issue is that public opinion in all countries, the authorities were kept in the dark regarding what is going on. Although to say that is quite ignorant, too, because I heard the public statements of the responsible officials at the time, but then came a period when this subject decided to make a closed society.
So, in 1953, the commander of the air defense of the U.S. General, Chidlow made public the following statement:
"...We have a huge number of reports of "flying saucers" and we take these reports very seriously, as we lost many men and planes trying to attack a UFO."
In 1950, U.S. President Harry Truman, responding to questions on this issue, said the following words:
"...The birthplace of "flying saucers" are neither the United States nor any other earthly power, and they are neither American nor Russian secret weapon".
Even the United Nations has not bypassed this problem by. So, in 1966 a member of the UN Secretariat Coleman von Keviczky presented to the UN Secretary General U. Thant in his report, in which, inter alia, stated:
"...the now undeniable fact that the UFO phenomenon is global in nature and "flying saucer" observed on all continents, including Antarctica, should serve as a stimulus to international cooperation on this important issue."
8 December 1978, the special political Committee instructed the UN General Assembly to invite interested States to: "...Take appropriate steps for the coordination at national level of researches on the problem of unidentified (unidentified) flying object..." As you can see from the above, high U.S. officials, including the President, and even the United Nations openly recognized the existence of the so-called UFO problem, moreover, their statements sounded adequate concern and tension.
The format of this publication does not attempt to lead as many as possible of this kind of applications, decisions of the high officials with public. In fact, there are many more. We brought the most famous, to make it clear that the concern of the so-called UFO problem quite frankly sounded, at least since 1953. One of the first of the cited statements made by the commander of the air defense forces of the USA General Chidlaw, sounded like the answer to the American public. Recall, he particularly stressed: "we lost many men and planes trying to attack a UFO."
The concern of the authorities of the state, which believed that had the right to decide the fate of not only his country but all over the world, was quite clear. What about the government's ambitions can say, if in their own territory freely flying unknown aircraft entering into a panic state of their civil society? However, this applies not only to U.S. authorities, but also to any authorities of any other state, which according to some misunderstanding is considered the leading world powers.
And while various ufologists - fans wondered (and still wondering), what are the intentions of these alien objects and those flies: either just watch the so-called human development, whether at some stage to help humanity "to reach a new level of scientific-technical progress" – the world of those in power, who had more complete and timely information, very well knowing that no sympathy, at least, to the current type of world civilization, these celestial ships do not feel, for these findings, the powers that be were very serious reasons.
Let me repeat that the purpose of the publication is to present the maximum amount of facts as is common to say "the aggressive actions of the UFOs." In order to present at least half of them (meaning most reliable), would have to write a whole brochure. But for understanding of nature will be enough to give a few incidents that have been authentically recorded, to the same, albeit with some delay, confirmed not only by the recognition of military officials, but television footage.
Remind me again about the General, Chidlow, who in 1953 recognized that American defense lost a lot of people and planes that tried to attack unidentified flying objects. In may 1969 the Soviet anti-aircraft missiles attempted to shoot down a UFO over the city of Hanoi (Vietnam). The object is destroyed, all launched by a rocket and blew up air defense missile system along with its combat crews.
In June 1971 off the coast of Vietnam, the us cruiser "Newport news" was trying to run near it a UFO. UFO fire were not injured. Retaliation UFO was produced undermining of ammunition in the forward tower of the main fire, killing 17 people.
In the autumn of 1974 in South Korea, in the area of Bini, an unidentified flying object was attacked by guided missiles "hawk". All this must be added that they can be optionally invisible to radars of any type and can even be invisible visually, while in the immediate vicinity of the observer; have the ability suddenly to appear and just as suddenly, and disappear in a flash. In addition to the above, can affect the psyche of the individual person, and a very large number of people, for example, making people completely unable to perform any physical actions.
In principle, the range of military influence, and its extent, apparently, is not limited. And the above facts of the visible impact on land military equipment are deliberately conspicuous to obvious direct causal relationship. Such incidents, which currently have even more widespread than before, are a way to demonstrate the absolute incompatibility of the military capabilities of UFOs with any samples of the earth's most advanced military equipment. You could even say that there is no subject for comparison. Of course, that this is only for the psychological impact.
The question arises: for whom is this psychological effect?
The answer is simple: because the General public, i.e. ordinary citizens of any country get that kind of information in a very small volume compared to what is happening in reality, and besides, as a rule, with a huge time delay, that is the psychological effect was obviously not designed for ordinary people. Such information fully and promptly (i.e., timely) receive primarily top officials of the military person, and they, of course, and the leadership of such countries as USA, Russia, China, UK, etc.
For this reason, it can be concluded that the designed exemplary destruction of military equipment, to demonstrate the complete impotence of the authorities to oppose the so-called unidentified flying objects. Thus, the authorities of major powers, who used to consider themselves the arbiters of the fate of the Earth, demonstrate their utter helplessness and, hence, the absolute groundlessness of their power ambitions on the management of the country and the world.
It is this helplessness in the face of incomparably higher and served as the main and only reason for the transition to the so-called policy of global partnership. In proof of this we cite the words of the American President Reagan that he told President Gorbachev during their bilateral meeting in Geneva. Here are his words for publication in the newspaper "Pravda" of January 6, 1986. And he said the following:
"...imagine that the Earth is threatened with invasion by hostile aliens. Then all humans will instantly understand that no matter are you American or Russian – we are all primarily human beings. How easily we would have found the solution existing between our countries differences!"
Of course, Reagan was talking in hypothetical terms, knowing that his words will be read by the General public in different countries, but given all the above, now you can understand that, in fact, he made a formal proposal to the Soviet leadership on the question of the joint efforts of conservation authorities in the Land, and the joint fight against the fact that this power is threatened. Judging by further events, the Soviet leadership, preoccupied by the same problem, the proposal of the American side took and the subsequent Russian.
So the so-called global partnership and cooperation is not caused by the reduction of raw materials, not a desire to make joint efforts to achieve a new level of progress, but only the desire to keep power on the Ground. And although "strategic partners" understand that to oppose them "the intrusion" almost nothing, this understanding and causes them to gather in one team.
In conclusion, I would like to touch on one important point, in any case, it is important for ordinary people. Here we again recall some words from a speech by Reagan. According to him, before the threatened invasion of the "aliens" would be unimportant, are you American or Russian, and we all immediately rallied, to feel, first and foremost, human beings. But, in reality, it is not. Not so.
To understand that this is not true, as claimed by Reagan and maybe many others think the powers that be, we give an illustrative example, namely, the report of NTV, the program "Emergency" from 22.04.2008. Over the Moscow region city of Pushkino, flying one behind the other about 40 red-orange balls. They flew in two large groups, stretching for tens of kilometers. As reported the correspondent of "Emergency Drills" Roman Igonin, an unusual phenomenon over the city of Pushkino watched a lot of the residents.
The program was shown a video flying over the city facilities, but most important is the reaction of the residents who observed this phenomenon. Oddly enough, it was the polar opposite of many of them. As was said by witnesses and correspondent of "Emergency Drills" Roman Igonin, some rejoiced and were in the condition of a certain inexplicable delight: "here, finally arrived!" Many others who saw the same thing, panic scared to such an extent that they became ill and had to call the ambulance to give them that same ambulance.
What is the essence of what happened?
People living in the same city, raised in the same country received the same education and public education, having for this reason the same set of stereotypes of perception of the world, it would seem, was the same way and react to what they saw. But on the other hand, flying objects, and those who fly, those people who were in a state of delight ("Now, finally, arrived!"), it was their own. Accordingly, those who were in a state of unaccountable horror with deteriorating health, was to them alien and hostile.
So, the practice shows that Reagan talking with Gorbachev, made absolutely wrong conclusions. In fact, some people have to own, and accordingly, the part of strangers and hostile. And therefore no Association single in the directions people before the so called invasion from the outside, of course, will not. Those who arrived for his will for them, and those who are strangers, of course.
Of course, that to a stranger refers to the American ruling elite and the authorities of many other leading and non-leading countries of the Earth. They have already realized this and are prepared to somehow resist it. Only if they have the chance? Judging by the public statements of high officials of different countries, as well as some other signs that the "invasion from space" will happen soon.
