T-liar did not call before he started digging, t-liar is an idiot. The only reason t-liar called "One Call" was because his trolls and his dumb supporters both called him out on it. A spray painted Orange "OK" is not a permit to start digging either. The okay just indicates there are no utilities buried in the planned excavation area. You will still need permits before you start digging. T-liar doesn't care about permits. t-liar is an idiot. Did I point out the fact that t-liar is an idiot?
In some locals all company's will have all of the services located by one contractor. Lately though many company's have gone back to doing their own locates. Example the contractor might locate Gas and lectricals but not the phone and cable. In that case you will have to wait until your local phone and cable company gives you clearance.
It is illegal for a contractor to start digging without clearance from all the utilities. When you click or call in for a locate you will get a list from all parties that could be in your area.
