Hello dear katerinaramm@katerinaramm! Love your post and your pics! totally drooling!

I have posted this food in variations before - it is one of my favorites too...
I love non-meat version and the classical one..
The rice is the one in the picture with the ingredients - it is the classical rice for gemista we have in Greece!!!
