Different strengths exist in different people, and I forget that when I compare my pace to someone else’s and call myself weak for needing breath,
Different strengths remind me that balance is not failure—it’s a strategy, it’s knowing how to last, it’s knowing how to carry big responsibility without breaking,
And my different strengths makes me wonder, what if my power isn’t in pushing harder, but in choosing a pace I can sustain without losing myself,
But also my different strengths tell me, I can honor my own design and still accomplish what matters to me…

Body pays its dues in silence especially when I say yes too often, when I sleep late, when I eat unhealthy, when I sit too long, when I treat my physical health like an afterthought,
Body pays its dues in silence in ways that look unnoticed at first—fatigue, frequent sickness, aches, mood swings—until one day it’s not small anymore,
And my body pays its dues in silence too, if I keep spending my health like it’s like an afterthought, but what will I do when the bill finally comes,
But my body pays its dues in silence that tells me, I can start investing in my body now, so it can carry me through the long haul…

Exhaustion isn’t heroic even if people praise it, even if it looks like dedication, even if it wins temporary approval,
Exhaustion isn’t heroic because it steals my life while I’m still living it, turning my days into survival and my nights into restless recovery,
And exhaustion isn’t heroic which makes me wonder, why am I trying to outwork my own humanity like it’s a machine I can overpower,
But exhaustion isn’t heroic that teaches me, I can choose to be steady instead of dramatic, consistent instead of burned out…

A life that is meant to last means there will be days that demand patience, clarity, focus, and creative breakthroughs—and I will not meet them well if I’m running on fumes,
A life that is meant to last asks me to build a life that can hold pressure without snapping, a life that can handle hard seasons without destroying my own health,
And if I want a life that is meant to last, I need to ask, will I still be able to show up for my dreams if I keep burning the candle at both ends and calling it ambition,
But if I want a life that is meant to last, I can pace myself, rest with long intention, and remain strong enough to meet what comes ahead…

Watchwords:
• Balance is strategy
• My body keeps the score
• Exhaustion is not success
• Pace creates longevity
• I rest so I can endure
