Prepared for an omelet,😄 but it end up to a scramble egg😮🙃 but very tasty with left over mince 🤩

Hi my friends. How are everyone doing on this lovely Friday.?

Today I'm writing a messed up scramble egg with left over curry mince🙃😋

I wanted to make an omelet for breakfast, but that didn't work out for me. 🤭

What I used for the scramble eggs I used.

I took 2 eggs add it to a bowl.

Add a little bit of milk 🥛

Add a little bit of salt and pepper for taste.

Mix the eggs and milk.

And now I took a piece of cheese 🧀

The cheese are very soft so then I break it in small pieces add it to the egg mixture.

I took a frying pan add a little bit of oil.

Add the egg and cheese mixture into the pan and let start to cook.

I made a curry mince the night before there was still left so I used that.

Then I add the mince on top of the egg, like I said before I wanted to make a omelete, but that came out a disaster 😐

I took a small tomato cut it to pieces add it to my plate.

And there are my scramble eggs and tomatoes with provitas. That is small cracker bread. It's very nice.
