My omelet came out better this time. First time lucky for this year. 🤭😉😀

Who loves eggs? There are so many what you can make with egg. Some people loves cooked eggs Some people like scramble eggs Some people frying eggs. There are so much you can do with eggs.

On the First of January me and hubby was home alone. Then I spoiled him with breakfast. It was about time though. Haha. I decided to make him a nice omelet with a nice filling inside.

**Recipe for the delicious breakfast******

● 4 eggs
● sliced cheese
● 3 sausages
● 2 Tomatoes
● 1 onion
● 1 greenpepper

METHODS

First cut all the ingredients that need to cut up into pieces.
The onions, tomatoes, sausages and green peppers.

Take 2 eggs and add it to a measuring cup. Add a little bit of milk salt and pepper and stir with a fork.

Take a pan add a little bit of oil and add the the chopped up ingredients to the pan and fry it until soft.

In a other pan add a pinch of oil add the egg mixture into the pan.

When the egg is done on the oneside flip it over and fry the other side also until it is golden brown.

The next step is to add the sausage mixture onto the omelet.

Add two slices of cheese on it.

Now lastly flip the half side of the omelet and there you go.

A lovely omelet with nice goodies in it. Really tasty.

I am so glad that my omelet came out perfectly this time.
