I love it to spent time with family. Specially when you didn't see them for a view months.
My mom came to visit us for a view weeks. She was here for the Christmas time. I'm glad she was with us. Because it was the first Christmas without my dad though 馃槳 but yeah it was also fun when she was here.
She went home on the 31st of December. I must tell I also Had a big surprise for Christmas. I found out that I'm pregnant 馃槏馃槏馃槏馃コ馃コ馃コ馃コ
So on Christmas eve after my husband came from work. We went to the farm. My sister inlaw also came down to visit. That was a great time. We announced the good news on Christmas eve. 馃コ馃コ馃槏馃槏everyone was so exited. A new baby on the way.
On Christmas eve after we had a braai we went to the living room and my sister's husband read out of the Bible and my dad prayed for us. After that we sang some Christmas songs. It was so special evening. Then everyone gave out the presents.
On Christmas day we had a nice lunch, with meat and Salad. My dad inlaw made the meat and my sister inlaw made some warm potatoe salad. And I made a awesome noodle salad. (My next post I will give my recipe for the noodle salad)
Well let me start with the table decorations. My sister inlaw's older daughter made up the decorations on the table. 馃槃馃檪She's 14 years old now. A real teenager 馃槈馃槈
On the table there was glasses with a small round chocolate ball.
On my plate was gammon, beef tongue, watermelon , potato salad and noodle salad.
After we ate the nice lunch together we had some nice homemade ice cream and some chocolate pudding.
After we ate lunch we just chilled and just had fun. We took some family photos also in the late afternoon.
