Hello, hive family. I hope today was a successful one for everyone. Today was a busy one for me and not just today but since Monday when I've been restocking my store. It's not easy to get all the needed items in one day, and sometimes, the store might ask you to come back for some particular products that are yet to arrive.
After the major shopping I did on Monday, I thought I would until the weekend, but that is certainly not the case. On Monday, I focused on provisions, some toiletries, and cleaning agents. I had to hire a bus to bring the items to my store. On Tuesday again, I went to get biscuits, sweets, and chocolates. I have a lot of teenagers as customers and those sweets are mainly for them. I was also supplied drinks at the store (which, by the way, is almost finished and I have to order for more drinks tomorrow)
Now, today, my first stop was at bokku-mart. I have specific items that I usually get from them (bread, seasoning cubes, toothpaste and some juice) I got the items and moved to my second location where I got a particular chocolate bread that my customers love so much. The bread is in high demand, so I took three cartons, some tissues, children drinks, bread spreads, sugars, detergents, peanuts, and a whole lot more.
When I got to the store, I was still opening the gate when my water supplier showed up with 20 bags of water. The loads are still not arranged, I managed to sort a few items.
Today was indeed a fully packed activity day for me at the store. With the increasing heat, there's more demands for very cold drinks. Some even ask if they could get iced drinks because of the hot weather.
As we get closer to December, cost of food items and other general merchandise are going higher. I hope to get my other savings to start stocking up in cartons for ppreparation of December sales. I don't want to run out of any items at all and I want to purchase at a good price now so that I will make more profits in December. (I seem to be getting better in business now)
