My dear friends how are everyone doing on this lovely Friday?
Today I am going to share with you guys a lovely steak we made last night. It's called beef blade steak.
It's not the best like rumb steak or sirloin but at least it's steak. 馃檭
We made the beef blade steak with frozen potatoe chips and tomato salad and a nice home made mushroom sauce.
For starters i first made the salad
I took 3 tomatoes that was not very big ones.
I chopped the tomatoes up put it in a glass bowl.
I also add some onion and green pepper to the salad.
I add a little bid of cheese also to the tomato salad.
Next I used frozen chips to make some nice crispy chips. We make it in the oven it's much healthier.
I add it into a oven pan and then I spiced it and into the oven on 180掳 degrees.
The next step I took I took an onion chopped it up.
Then I copped up a little bit of mushrooms and the green peppers.
I add the mushrooms, onions and green peppers to a pot fry it a little bit.
I took out the onions and green peppers and the mushrooms I wanted to make the white sauce for the mushrooms .
I add some butter to a pot.
The butter was melted
Add some cake flour. Mix it well.
Then I add some milk mix it until its thick enough add the mushroom mixture salt and pepper mix it and the mushroom sauce are done!
Lastly we did the steak. Add a bit of oil to the pot
Fry the steak, I like medium steak.
Now eating time well my steak was almost done but luckily not. I took the picture of the steak first I want to make someone very jealous that are very close to me 
I also just took a picture of the nice mushroom sauce of on the chips
Here are my whole plate of food. Was very delicious.
