Oh hello hello my dear friends here on my favorite community馃槈
How are everyone doing today? Well me and hubby and son are home alone for a view days. The inlaws are in George at their friends for a quick visit haha 馃槃
Me and my Husband like curry food and it must be very hot though.
Last night I made a nice lamb curry and rice.
Let me start what I used for the lamb curry.馃槈
I used some lamb stew, cut it in smaller pieces put it in a black pot.
I add a nice big spoon of crushed garlic and then it fried a little bit then add some water to cook.
I let it cook until the meat was started to soften.
I put a cup of rice onto a pot add some water and salt on the stove it goes馃槃
Back to the meat. When it started to soften I cut up some small baby potatoes 馃 add it with the meat.
I also cut up an onion into pieces add it with the meat and potatoes.
When the potatoes started to soften I add some nice curry powder I brought in Margate I used 1 and a half of teaspoons
I love a stew with vegetables I add some mixed vegetables that we brought at the supermarket 馃洅
I add some tomato sauce/chutney and Jimmy sauce and some salt and pepper.
Now the food was cooked and ready to eat. The rice and the nice hot lamb curry.
