It is funny how we never consider how things can turn out to be. Both a negative end result or a positive one, still there a hundred million possibilities and end results or even paths that life can take.

We sit on our high horse and never even consider that the world we know today might not be the same tomorrow.

We had always searched for life forms outside our planet. We had made movies about these alien life forms, we wrote novels, we sang songs about them among all the other stuff that we did as we created them in our mind.

While we did all that, the creator himself never took the tale all that seriously. Attributing it to be a possiblity and all that it can be, we left it at that.

That was all it was to be.

Only until the Sun rose in the sky today followed by the event that changed everything.

I was in the Subway when it happened. Rather, the stairs leading down towards the entrance of the subway.

As the light trickled in through the glass roof, the shadow that was cast over us suddenly made almost everyone present there look up.

Look up to something that no one can say what it was.

My initial thought was that it was a dinosaur. The form atleast looked like that. A big head and a long slender neck screamed dinosaur to me.

I did not stay frozen like the rest. I did not run aimlessly screaming like the rest. The curious Joe in me took action, made me retrace my steps back to the main road and out of the subway to take a good look at the unexpected visitor.

I was not prepared for what I saw. I would have accepted seeing a dinosaur, impossible as it was.

This. This was like no other.
