In the summer, when I was still in my hometown, before leaving for the Dnieper, I went around all the beautiful places in Severodonetsk. I first went to our central square where the monument of victory in the Second World War is located. This monument was exhibited in 1945 and is the sights of Severodonetsk. Every year on May 9, many people gather in the square. And on any other day in the square there are a lot of young people.
There are many fountains on the square that work in the warm season. Benches stand around fountains, and many people spend time here because of the beautiful view. In the evenings concerts are held here and many people participate in flash mobs. It's really interesting, and you can spend a good evening.
A little further from the square is another smaller area. On this square there are monuments of great people. The atmosphere here is quieter, and people come here to stay in silence. In this place come to read a book, arrange a lunch or draw.
