My friend's father has beehives about 5 km outside the city center. They've been there for about 9 years. I used to go there frequently in the spring, but now I only go whenever I have the chance, except during the winter.

Because there's no summer rain, the grasses are starting to dry out with the heat. This isn't a time I particularly enjoy. Towards the end of autumn, hawthorn, wild pear, and wild apple begin to ripen. It's enjoyable to be surrounded by nature and eat the food grown in the mountains.

A few kilometers from the area with the beehives, there's a waterfall. We decided to swim there and stand under the waterfall. I'm planning to share a post about the waterfall in a few days. Just above the waterfall, there are oak trees growing. In the past, these areas were covered with oak trees, but today the mountains are treeless. On the summit of the mountain next to the waterfall, there's a stone that resembles a hawk's head. Some believe this is a treasure sign. The second photo shows the actual distance, and the third photo shows a closer view.
Arı kovanlarının olduğu alandan bir kaç km uzakta şelale var. Oraya yüzmeye, şelale altında durmaya karar verdik. Bir kaç gün sonra şelale hakkında gönderi paylaşmayı düşünüyorum. Şelalenin hemen üst kısmında yeşeren meşe ağaçları var. Geçmişte buralar meşe ağaçları ile kaplıyken günümüzde dağlar ağaçsız kalmış durumda. Şelalenin yanındaki dağın zirvesinde şahin kafasını andıran bir taş var. Kimilerine göre bu define işareti. İkinci fotoğraf gerçek uzaklık, üçüncü fotoğraf ise yakınlaşmış şekilde.
After swimming, we returned to the area with the beehives. The flock of goats and sheep descended from the hills towards the valley, both to drink water and to reach safer places.

The northern slope of where the beehives are located is a cliff. A stream flows below. The children have built a dam across the stream to create a swimming area. It's not clear in the photo, but there were dozens of children in the swimming area.

The mountain visible in the distance in the first photo is called Karataş. It gets its name from the huge black rocks at its summit. Although it seems like a short distance, it takes about two hours to walk there from where I am. It's a place I visit many times every year. It's approximately 2200-2300 meters high.
