The new Winds of Change promo cards aren't all great but there are some beast for sure. The fact you can now regenerate shields, reduce mele damage from from the fire splinter, and even prevent healing is just a few nice new ability that can change how you build your deck. There are a couple more reasons you should be buying orbs and collecting these cards. Using promo cards and getting a win will increase your DEC % earning each match, the more promo cards you use in your deck the more DEC your earn, the more DEC you earn the more Orbs you can buy. Lets say you do get unlucky and you get a few cards you would never use, the good thing is Winds of change cards are selling for a lot higher price than the other cards. This way you don't feel as burnt if you get unlucky because you can sell them and buy more DEC or cards you want.
