In a 2001 interview with HTV, Lewis falsely claimed that he had been paid for the trial. Ray Parker Jr. and Huey sued Lewis for breach of contract, alleging that he received a large sum of money for it. In the meantime, this song lives on as one of the great classics of 80s music and is expected to return in Ghostbusters: Afterlife. The next film in the saga.
