Hello and welcome to my Sunday Actifit report. In this post, I update on my Actifit stats and some weekly Hive goals, along with a few pictures I took during the day. It was a a nice sunny day on Sunday and I took a walk in the morning and got some steps in before it got too hot.
Reflecting on last week, I'm happy with my consistency in posting daily Actifit reports, this being my 10th consecutive day, but still need to work on hitting my 10,000 steps and exercise goals every day.

The Alive Chat topic for Sunday is "Share Your Hive Goals - And Track Your Progress From Last Week." These days, the progress on my Hive goals is almost completely from posting my Actifit reports and participation in the Alive Tribe initiatives. I 'm happy with my progress for the week with increases pretty much across the board.
