Hello and welcome. In this post, I update on my Actifit stats and weekly Hive goals, along with a few pictures I took on Sunday.
If you've seen my recent posts I've been mentioning the heat almost every day. We're just having super hot weather at the moment which definitely is having an effect on my activity levels. I did manage some decent activity Sunday cleaning around the house and getting a short morning exercise session in. I didn't quite hit my step or exercise goals, which is fine, I challenge myself to hit them tomorrow and start a new streak.

My main hive goal is to continue, at a minimum posting my Actifit report daily. This is my seventh day in a row and I am already reaping the benefits of this daily habit.
