In this post, I share my Actifit report card, a picture from Thursday, and a brief hunt for Larry the Postman. It's still super hot here, but we got a little rain the night before clearing the air and feeding the trees.
I just missed my 10k steps/day goal by less than 200 steps. As happened once last week, I took off my wearable to charge in the evening and forgot to put it back on. I'll definitely be paying more attention next time Happily, this is my fourth day in a row of posting my Actifit report and third consecutive day of getting over 30 min of good exercise.

On Listnerds I completed the task of reading 10 emails, proof above. My technique is to click on the 10 links, they open in separate tabs, and quickly complete the daily task. Then I go back and read any quality posts I was linked to.
