Hello and welcome to my 175th Actifit Report, where I share my Actifit stats and some pictures from Wednesday.
I got a good morning exercise session in, and with this post, am continuing my streak of daily posting for the third day in a row. But, I've been struggling to hit my goal of 10,000 steps for the past few days. I had a project to complete on Wednesday and spent most of the day on the computer, and I definitely need to work on taking more breaks to stand up and move around. Reviewing my daily activity like this is helpful in identifying aspects of my routine and habits that I can work on improving.
