Hello and welcome. In this post, I update on my Actifit stats and weekly Hive goals, along with a few pictures I took on Sunday.
Sunday was nice and active. My daughter and I took our bikes to a coffee shop in the morning for breakfast. And in the afternoon we did a lot of walking around a shopping center. Happily, I totaled 11,567 steps and surpassed my 10k/day goal for the 3rd day in a row. My goal is to beat my previous 14-day streak.

My main hive goal is to continue, at a minimum posting my Actifit report daily. This is my seventh day in a row and I am already seeing positive benefits in terms of reestablishing healthy daily exercise habits.
