In this post, I share my Actifit Report and a few pictures from Monday.
My daughter had the day off school on Monday. It was a beautiful sunny day and not too hot. We cleaned up around the house in the morning, and in the afternoon, we went on a hike. It felt great to be in nature, and there were some nice viewpoints of the city below.
My daughter is six years old, and this was the first time we took a real hike together, I wasn't sure how she would take to it. But she loved it, and I was so happy as we played imaginary games along the way and talked.
And I am also happy to report that by the end of the day, I hit 14,253 steps, surpassing my 10,000 steps per day goal for the eighth consecutive day. My goal this week is to reach 14 consecutive days of hitting at least 10,000 steps every day. I've shared this goal with my daughter, and she encourages me and often asked how many steps we accumulated while walking which is fun.
