My Weekly Hive Plan and Actifit Report Card: October 10 2022
In this post, I share my Actifit Report Card, my Hive plan for the week, and a few pictures I took on Monday.
Monday was cloudy and cool, with of and on rain throughout the day.
I hit 10,218 steps by the end of the day, making my minimum 10k goal for the third day in a row. My activity consisted of a short walk in the middle of the day, a second walk in the evening with my daughter, and some pacing around the house after my daughter went to sleep to get above 10k.:)
I recorded today's numbers along with the previous three days:
10/7: 8,256
10/8: 10,982
10/9: 10,077
10/10: 10,218
for a few bonus points and my participation in 
The Alive Chat topic for Monday is to "Plan Out Your New Week - And Follow Your Plan To Success." I've done this for 10 weeks now. Last week I did not reach all of my goals, especially in the creative writing department. This week, is a bit hectic and my daily Actifit posts a few 5-minute freewrites seemss. manageable.
