Thoth is Alive! (IAAC)- Day 2- My Actifit Report Card: July 19 2565
#IAmAliveChallenge - Day 2
I wake up. I am alive! My alarm was set for 5:15am, but I woke up on my own at 4:49 and was out the door and walking by 5:15. I love this time of day. Right before the roosters crow. The moon is still out, the dawn is breaking, the air is cool, and very few people around.
I walk about 3km at a pretty leisurely pace. It took me about 40 minutes. Arriving home, I meditated for 20 minutes and freewrote for 20 minutes. By then it was 7, my little one was already awake, time for morning chores. I water the garden while my daughter eats breakfast.
Then I drive her to her Summer day camp. There is a lot of traffic. We listen to music. If you are stuck in traffic, and want to feel good in the morning, I can recommend the soundrack to the Trolls movie.:)
I was able to spend a few hours in the office today. I tried to work on one task for 20 minutes, and then take a five minute break. I got a good amount done, including my Splinterlands Guild Brawl Report. I also did 10 minutes of yoga during a longer break.
In the afternoon, I drove again to pick the little one up from camp and take her to her to guitar lessons. We also stopped at the bicycle repair shop and I fixed my front tire which was flat. I needed a new inner tube and outer tire. When I brought the tire home, I rode my bike to the gas station to fill the back tire up with air. Now my bike works great.
After some playing with legos, we are watching a cartoon now. Then I will read her a story and sleep.
I happily made my 10,000 step goal today. Tomorrow I hope to do the same and then some. I am thinking about a early morning hike.
Peace, Thoth442
