A fun thing to watch is an orca breaching, which is typically performed by the younger juveniles as it seems the 'little kids' are just full of more energy than the adults. I was beyond excited to see Type B Orca breaching the other day, as we cruised past them in the ship let alone to witness one of them breaching.
Beyond that I was able to snap a photo of the occasion, which I have never have before. Now granted it is by far not one of my greatest of breaching photos, as they were at quite some distance when this occurred. However, I will still consider it will be one of my favourite photos have taken whilst working in Antarctica.
