Hear hear, I don't know how long the summer holidays there last, but here it's a whopping 11 weeks this year. The other year it was 12 so I guess this year it's a bonus of being able to send her back a week early :)

I mean, I try to make the most out of it as well with her and it's going much better than last year as now we have a community pool (helps a LOT) but still, my health, pain is holding me from being able to do fun creative things every day..

Oh well, thankfully this week there's a fair starting for 4 days, and it surely doesn't cost as much as these things did in Holland, for 15 euros she's a happy camper, so that's ok.

Finding a right balance sucks when you're constantly distracted. Maybe the kids will go easy on you this summer, good luck!
