This would be optional. Which gives freedom to the user. You could opt out, and then your account would be just as secure as it is now. So this is simply giving a user the choice of what they want for their account.
The 10% instant power down is also optional. One could power down at 13 weeks for no fee. Again, this gives users an option. If you don't want the instant PD, opt out, and your life on Hive does not change, except you get more ROI on your hive power holdings.
The fee on rewards would be liquid rewards, not HP rewards. I believe we should try and give incentive to people to choose 100% HP rewards over liquid. Why should someone who cashes out instantly get the same as someone who chooses 100% Hp rewards?
The 5% entry tax is a play on defi where the entry tax goes into HP holders pockets. I find this was the most disputed, so I will leave it out of my proposal.
This was my coming to the community with an idea. I went all the way to the edge with it because I wanted to see reactions. I never demanded this, nor did I even say it was a good idea, except the 10% exit fee that goes back to hive power holders. I do think that is good. The other two fees were more questions to the community.
