My Actifit Report Card: April 22 2021- preparing for tomorrow's Farmers Market

Today was an extremely busy day. I'm finally going to start selling at the local Friday Market tomorrow.

The below photo is my famous Pumpkin Squash Bread with Coconut.

Harvested fresh Herbs from my garden..basil, oregano, rosemary and cilantro.

Harvested fresh lettuce and arugula from my garden.

Now I just have to wash and bag everything for the market.

Between watering everything and taking care of chickens and the cat, I'm pooped. I still have to finish loading everything in the car and clean the dishes.
