Attempted to run today I think I need to take at least a day break I don’t think I’m eating enough or drinking enough water here to stay properly hydrated and fed. It’s difficult to deal with the heat. I want to be outside but I everything I go it drains me.
So this ambulance showed up at my hotel today. None of the receptionists at the hotel knew what was going on. Someone caught the Covid apparently and the ambulance came to haul them away. Totally asymptomatic the guy got in looking totally fine. It’s weird how they deal with things here in Thailand but oh well
